Participants agree to exempt UCI Global, directors, employees, agents or any third party representing UCI Global from any claims, lawsuits, litigations or other legal actions in the event the participant has suffered financial loss.

Further, participants understand, accept and agree that all projects added to the UCI Global portfolio are done so on a best efforts basis and that no liability is assigned to UCI Global, directors, employees, agents or any third parties representing UCI Global in the event that a company or project listed in the portfolio fails for any reason
